Team

Dr. Lama Al Sulaiman

Dr. Lama Al Sulaiman has been Vice Chairwomen of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce since 2009 and is Board Member since 2005. She serves as a Director of her family's business Abdul Aziz Abdullah Al Sulaiman Group and of Rolaco Group.

She is a Board member of the General Entertainment Authority since 2017 and was the Head of the Saudi delegation in the International Labour Organization.

 

She also served as Board member of Foras Investment in Saudi Arabia, has been a member of the Advisory Board at Coutts & Co since 2014 and served as a Director of Club Méditerranée from 2013 to 2015.

Dr. Al Sulaiman began her career working for the Research Center King Fahad at King AbdulAziz University. She graduated in Biochemical nutrition and has a PhD in Nutrition from King’s College, London University in the UK.

Dr. Christiane Schloderer

Dr. Christiane Schloderer is the CEO of Growth Partners. She works with owners, boards and management to build scalable businesses. Projects include strategy setting for a family holding, board effectiveness for a JV company or driving strategic initiatives from the board through digitalization.

Christiane is a board member at Rolaco Group, and a member of the Board of Trustees to the German International School in Abu Dhabi.

Prior, she was the CFO for Nokia Al Saudia. She also worked for Siemens and Nokia in corporate finance and turnaround management roles. She coaches digital business strategy at INSEAD. 

 

Dr. Christiane is a certified director from INSEAD Business School (IDP-C), holds a doctoral degree and an MBA equivalent business degree.

 

Hilda Bazyan

Hilda was the Risk Manager at the National Commercial Bank NCB in Jeddah. She also served as the Change Manager in the Strategy Division and as Informatics & Development manager at NCB.

Hilda hold a bachelor degree in computer science from Southeastern Lusiana University, USA.
