Speaker: Roy Richards - Having managed his own large family enterprise for decades our speaker has extensive knowledge and experience to share in the areas of successful corporate governance and family business leadership. Today, his family business Southwire Co. is one of America’s largest privately held companies ($6bn revenues and 6500+ employees).
Content: Family businesses operate with a challenge of continuity for succession management and creating value across generations. Preparation for next generation leadership is essential to the sustained success of family businesses. Creating value across generations and frameworks for succession management are integral to this process.
This program is designed to include an open discussion with attendees to understand challenges they face in their own organizations and equip them with problem solving tactics and effective solutions. The module has been designed to support family business owners and their management teams, as well as for next generation members preparing for leadership roles.
