Roy has more than forty years of experience leading and serving on boards of listed, unlisted and family companies. For seventeen years, he was the CEO of Southwire Co. ($6+BUS revenues and 6500+ employees) and still chairs it today. He is also founder and board chair of three social enterprises working on environmental concerns. Currently, Roy is an adjunct professor of Corporate Governance at IE Business School in Europe. In the last five years, he has also taught at UNC-Chapel Hill, Wake Forest University, Yale University and executive education programs at IE Business School.

Martin’s experience enables him to deliver a range of other memorable training programmes, particularly in the areas of governance, risk and compliance. Boris is a highly driven and hands-on industrial CEO with more than 15 years of leadership experience in the Middle East.
He started his career in a family owned consulting company, being responsible for the MENA operations incl. India.
In 2014 he joined the multi-billion $ group ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions as VP Business Development for the business unit Process Technologies (technology based EPC LS Turnkey provider). In 2015 he was promoted to the CEO position for the MENA operations of the entire business area, having an annual turnover of 1.5Bn$ with more than 1,000 FTE.
From end of 2017 until mid of 2019 he turned around a hot rolling mill in Abu Dhabi and placed the manufacturer of steel rebars after Emirates Steel as No 2 producer in the UAE market.
By end of 2019 Boris decided to become entrepreneur and established his own consultancy company Consul-T in Masdar City - Abu Dhabi. The focus of the boutique consultancy is the fast turnaround management of medium sized industrial companies with an annual turnover between 100-500 Mio. $.

Christiane is a board member at Rolaco Group, and a member of the Board of Trustees to the German International School in Abu Dhabi. ​ Prior, she was the CFO for Nokia Al Saudia. Professor Dr. Sabine Rau is an internationally renowned academics in the field of family businesses and has been advising family businesses for many years. She has taught and researched at INSEAD in France, the EBS European Business School in Germany, the WHU-Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany and at King’s College in London. She is currently Visiting Professor at the University of Ottawa, Canada, and at ESMT (European School of Management and Technology) in Berlin. As founding director at ESMT, she helped establish the world's first institute for hidden champions. In her early career, Professor Rau has worked in her own family's business. Sabine Rau joined John Ward's Family Business Consulting Group in 2001. She has been a partner at PETER MAY Family Business Consulting since 2017.
